Currently we have three Beautiful Belgian Malinois X German Shepherd puppies available for adoption/fostering. All three are siblings, eight (8) month old females b. 2024-05-26. Super bright; strong pattern recognition; high drive; food, ball and stick motivated. Will sit on command; down for food; strong whistle and name recall response; crate and leash trained; vet checks, initial shots and health passport; and eligible for Pet Secure’s six (6) week breeder trial insurance coverage.
PLEASE NOTE: Malinois X's are a high-drive, active breed and require dedicated experienced handler/owners; consistent training and exercise to be happy and healthy; but make for superior home guardians and ultra-loyal family companions.
François Kiesgen de Richter author of the Belgian Shepherd Malinois (2018) puts it this way: ”The Malinois has exceptional qualities as a professional dog. But we can’t say that there are breeds dedicated for work and others for family. If he is socialized early enough, if he gets enough walks and is well educated, he can be an excellent family dog. However, he has character, and he needs a calm and patient master.”
